What We Do
We give senior leaders time.
Doing the timetable can be time consuming and mean that a senior member of the school staff is focused on what is essentially an admin task.
By working alongside senior leaders in school we take this burden off of them so that they can focus on the main issues connected to the curriculum, namely intent, implementation and impact.
As an experienced timetabler I can work with school leaders in one of three different ways.
Do it yourself
With this option we would work with your timetabler to check through the file, ensure it is optimised and create a dashboard of your analysis from the timetable file. We can also;
- Deliver refresher training
- Succession planning and training
- Offer coaching during the process
Do it with you
Working alongside the school we can take on ‘chunks’ of the process as needed. This could be the scheduling for example, meaning the model and what needs to be delivered is managed completely by the school, but the ‘grind’ is taken on by us.

We will construct your timetable from scratch utilising our experience with the software to deliver a fully finished timetable, transferred into the MIS.
